ACA Screen Recorder is a simple application that allows you to record any desktop activity that happens in fullscreen or in a selected region into an AVI file.The program sits on your system tray and allows you to record a video with a click of a button. You can also set hotkeys to start/stop video recording and to pause/resume video record. The program allows you to choose a different file name for each video or it can auto-generate one by using a template. If you wish to record a certain region of the screen you can easily select a window, region or fixed region, selecting the width and height or marking it in the desktop with a free-hand feature. Audio and video can be recorded simultaneously and some settings such as video compressor, video quality, audio quality, and audio device can be customized. Once, your video is ready, you can view it by following the link provided using your default video viewer.
